The has been supporting Shimla, Panaji and Goa under KGGTF project " ICT enabled integration for Green Growth" for India. Based upon a diagnostic study conducted, water management was identified as one of the key priority areas for Shimla. This report is the result of an assignment commissioned by the World bank to PwC. The report is being made publicly available to help Indian Smart cities.
