The has been supporting Shimla, Panaji and Goa under KGGTF project " ICT enabled integration for Green Growth" for India. Based upon a diagnostic study conducted, water management was identified as one of the key priority areas for Shimla.

Under the India- ICT enabled Integration for Green Growth Project (supported by KGGTF), a study tour delegation of three cities (Shimla, Panjim & Hubli Dharwad) visited South Korea for an understanding of the green growth oriented smart city solutions as implemented in cities of Seoul, Songdo

The Document is the proposal submitted by Panaji, Goa to government of India under India Smart City Mission Challenge - Stage II of Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs. The proposal was selected through the competition and Panaji was selected as winning Smart City under the project.
