Panaji, Hubli and Shimla City Diagnostic Report

This report was prepared as a part of the deliverables for Project “Consultancy for Technical Assistance in ICT-enabled Integration for Green Growth in an Indian City (P152288)”. It provides the assessment and detailed diagnostic of the three identified cities under the project i.e. Panjim, Hubli and Shimla. The report assessment results has been derived from software based diagnostic tool developed under the current project. The assessment has been conducted on the basis of the data and documents made available to the working team by respective city authorities and consultations and discussions held with concerned stakeholders.
