Manmade pollution- Severe impact on life cycle of living beings

While the subject is  not exactly connected to the solid waste management forum, I would like to highlight pollution reduction is not in the agenda of Indian Smart city mission key objectives.  Recent scientific study found, high levels of  urban pollution  disturbing human sugar levels because of  poor quality oxygen. India has become diabetes bomb sitting on tested and untested 100 million diabetic citizens.  It is not too late to launch SPV on Urban air and environment pollution reduction. Add this objective as  key deliverable in Smart city mission
